Cape Creek Cottage

Cape Creek Cottage is a spacious, pet-friendly retreat for families and groups in a secure Struisbaai estate. The main house has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with an indoor fireplace and TV. Three private cottages with en suite bathrooms, a serene courtyard with a pergola braai, and a games room with a pool table, table tennis, darts and a cinema loft complete our lovely home—all just a 5-minute stroll from the beach.

Nestled within the secure Langezandt Estate in Struisbaai, Cape Creek Cottage is designed with comfort and convenience in mind for families and larger groups. The main house accommodates eight guests in four well-appointed bedrooms, with a private en suite in the master and a shared full bathroom for the other rooms. Additionally, three private cottages, each featuring a large double bed and its own en suite, offer extra space and privacy while remaining part of the property.

Guests can enjoy leisure time in the games room and cinema loft, which offers a pool table that doubles as a table tennis setup, a dartboard, additional TVs and a dedicated area for watching movies. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Smeg oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, full fridge, and wine fridges, making meal preparation a pleasure.

Outside, a tranquil courtyard with a pergola braai area invites you to dine al fresco or simply relax after a day exploring the nearby beach, which is a short walk through the estate. The area offers a range of activities, including hiking, fishing and whale watching, with local attractions such as the L’Agulhas Lighthouse and the Southernmost Tip of Africa within reach. It's worth stopping by Struisbaai harbour to see if you can spot the stingrays in the shallow waters. A number of wine farms, hiking trails and nature reserves in the area ensure that you have plenty to explore and enjoy. With ample parking and a secure estate environment, you can relax and enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.

We often welcome pets, but ask that you notify us in advance and respect the estate rules by keeping dogs on a leash outside the property. The courtyard provides a grassed area for kids and pets to play inside the property walls.

No matter the size of your group, you will have access to the whole property during your stay. There is a washing machine and additional fridge in the games room, for your convenience. You can fit up to 3 cars behind the home, away from street-view, and another in the driveway next to the home.
